Lavender Honey

Made with by our own bees from our lavender field.  This 100% all natural raw honey is so pleasant to the senses  delightfully  sweet and  aromatic  with a soft floral note of lavender.  Our honey harvest is perfectly timed to coincide with our glorious lavender bloom to obtain optimal flavours.

As with all honey crystallization may occur over time.  Simply place the open jar in a warm water bath (not boiling) or microwave on low power until the honey becomes liquid
